Recruitment & Talent Operations

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for internal Talentpoel hires and client recruitment projects.
  • Develop, document, and maintain structured recruitment processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure consistency and quality across recruitment workflows.

Talent Engagement & Support

  • Ensure talents remain informed, engaged, and supported throughout recruitment and placement.
  • Act as a people-first point of contact for talents within the ecosystem.
  • Foster long-term relationships that improve talent retention and satisfaction.

Process Compliance & Performance

  • Ensure compliance across onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize talent management systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment and talent processes.
