About the Technical Sales & Service Trainee Programme

The Greenpeg Technical Sales & Service Trainee Programme is a structured, one-year programme focused on developing technical talent in engineering services, field support, customer engagement, and sales fundamentals.

Participants will rotate across technical service operations, client support, and commercial exposure, gaining a holistic understanding of how engineering solutions are delivered, sold, and maintained.

This programme emphasizes practical learning, professional discipline, and real-world engineering experience, preparing trainees to become future leaders in Nigeria’s industrial and technical sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be Nigerian
  • Hold an OND or HND in one of the following disciplines:
    • Mechanical Engineering / Technology
    • Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Technology
    • Mechatronics Engineering
    • Chemical Engineering / Technology
    • Petroleum Engineering / Technology
    • Industrial / Production Engineering
  • Have completed studies no earlier than 2021
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Be available for the full 12-month programme

Note: Applicants with higher academic qualifications may not be prioritised.
