Video Editor & Content Innovation Associate – Abuja

This role focuses on advanced video editing, animation, VFX, and AI-powered content creation. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative storytelling that amplifies social impact across digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Film Production, Communication Design, or related field
  • Master’s degree or ongoing Master’s program preferred
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing, animation, and multimedia content production
  • Demonstrable portfolio of high-quality content, motion graphics, and storytelling
  • Experience with AI content generation tools is a strong advantage
  • Experience in development, nonprofit, or social impact sectors is desirable

Responsibilities include:

  • Editing videos and producing multimedia content
  • Creating animations and visual storytelling pieces

Technical Associate (Private Sector, Program Management & Institutional Strengthening) – Lagos

This hybrid role supports the Green Girl Foundation by strengthening operational systems, implementing programs, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Program and project management
  • Institutional and operational strengthening support
  • Fundraising and resource mobilization assistance
  • Program rollout and curriculum implementation
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications support
  • Monitoring, learning, and reporting

Candidates for this role should be hands-on, delivery-focused, and able to support both program and operational goals.

Grant & Fundraising Specialist – Abuja

The Grant & Fundraising Specialist role drives funding and business development across AHFID initiatives and the Green Girl Foundation portfolio. This is a results-oriented, high-accountability position.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in International Development, Public Health, Social Sciences, Economics, Development Finance, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, and business development
  • Proven track record in securing grants or donor funding
  • Experience with institutional donors and private sector funders
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic fundraising and resource mobilization
  • Grant writing and proposal development
  • Private sector and CSR engagement
  • Donor relationship and account management
