Join Our Corporate & Commercial Law Team

Strichland Law Practice is currently seeking talented legal professionals to join our corporate and commercial law team. Therefore, we are inviting applications for the following positions:

Associate – Corporate & Commercial Law

• Experience: 3–5 years post-call
• Qualifications: Minimum 2:1 from a recognized university
• Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements
  • Supporting senior lawyers in complex corporate matters
  • Assisting in client management and business development

Successful associates will have the opportunity to work on high-value deals and gain exposure to Nigeria’s evolving corporate landscape.

Junior Associate – Corporate & Commercial Law

• Experience: 1–2 years post-call
• Qualifications: Minimum 2:2 from a Nigerian Law School
• Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the corporate/commercial team in research and drafting
  • Assisting with regulatory compliance and corporate advisory work
  • Participating in client meetings and training programs

Junior associates will receive mentorship to develop their legal and business acumen while contributing to key projects.
